I'm an atheist, but I went to Catholic school for years. Non-Christians wouldn't get the reference unless they've studied the subject. I'd explain it, but I'm lazy. I prefer this perspective on the (failed) nature of Christianity, loving all as your brothers and sisters since you all have one "Father".
